To initiate the service, simply schedule a pick-up time and location through our website. Please note that we do not accept reservations over the phone. Our team will arrive to collect your luggage at the designated time and place.
Our services are available at all on-island ferry locations and Martha’s Vineyard Airport. We also offer pick-up from private residences, hotels, and vacation rentals. For off-road and distances over 7 miles may require a sur-charge.
We accommodate standard checked and carry-on luggage. Please be aware that there is a surcharge for suitcases weighing over 50 lbs.
To ensure availability, we recommend scheduling your pick-up at least 7 days in advance.
